Participation: Your participation grade will entail the student to attentive during class, participate in group discussions, participate in class activities, attend the course Field Trip, and attendance.

Weekly Textbook Reading Quizzes: Each week on Thursday, beginning of class, students will take a 10 question quiz on the reading assignments by instructor.

Discussion Questions: The discussion questions will be assigned to students as Weekend Homework to be emailed to instructor or hand delivered, Andrew.snow@stevensheanager.edu or andycsnow@gmail.com, by Tuesday first part of class.

Oral Report: Students will pick a topic of their choice from United States History. This Oral Report will be given in front of the class. This Oral Report should be no shorter than 10-minutes and no longer then 15-minutes. This can include a Power Point Presentation, movie clips, etc…

Final Exam: The final Exam will be a combination of quiz questions from the Weekly Textbook Reading Quizzes and our Discussion Questions in short essay form.
